PrimeSIL C18 AQ with its unique bonding technology has been especially developed for the use in aqueous mobile phases with an organic content below 10 %. Standard stationary phases with conventional bondings give very poor peak shapes under these chromatographic conditions due to the collapse of C18- brushes in aqueous eluents. PrimeSIL C18 AQ gives excellent peak shapes in these mobile phases resulting in enhanced selectivitivity
